Our Commitment

Why is Responsible Gaming important?

Online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment for millions of people. However, uncontrolled play can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 768abc believes that every player has the right to set their own limits, and it is also our responsibility to respect those limits.

We are committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our responsible gaming tools help you keep your gaming experience entirely under your own control.

Important: To open an account and play at 768abc, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.

When gaming goes beyond entertainment and becomes a problem, it is important to seek help. Our 24/7 live chat support team is always ready to assist you in Bengali.

Core principles of Responsible Gaming

Gaming is always for entertainment — not as a source of income

Only play with money you can afford to lose

Set a daily and weekly budget in advance

Avoid playing more to chase your losses

Take regular breaks — keep both time and money limited

Avoid playing when you are stressed or anxious

Asking for help when needed is a sign of strength — not weakness

Safety Tools

Ways to keep your gaming in control

768abc lets you set your own play limits — because safe gaming starts with awareness.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is activated, it will not be possible to deposit more than that amount within the set period, which automatically keeps your spending in check.

Time-Out Feature

Need a temporary break? Use the time-out feature to suspend your account temporarily for anywhere from 24 hours up to several weeks. You will not be able to log in during this period.

Self-Exclusion

For a longer break, choose the self-exclusion option. Your account can be closed for a set period or permanently. This decision cannot be easily reversed once made, which provides genuine protection.

Age Verification and Minor Protection

768abc is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration. Use parental control software on your device to prevent underage family members from gaining access.

Gaming History Review

Log in to your account at any time to view your full gaming history and records of deposits and withdrawals. This transparency helps you stay aware of your own habits.

24/7 Bengali Support

Contact our live chat at any time regarding gaming problems. Our support team is always ready to assist in Bengali. No judgment — just help.

21+

For players aged 21 and above only

We firmly believe that online gaming is for adults only. To create an account, make a deposit, or play any game at 768abc, you must be at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age-related information, and accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.

Awareness

Hiding gaming from family or friends

Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming

Continuing to play even when work, studies, or relationships are suffering

Common Questions

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming.

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account, make a deposit, and play any game at 768abc. We reserve the right to verify age, and accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.

Log in to your account, go to the Responsible Gaming section in Settings, and set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is active, you will not be able to deposit more than the specified amount. Contact our live chat for assistance.

Self-exclusion is a feature that allows you to close your account for a set period of time or permanently. During this period you will not be able to log in or carry out any activity. This is a serious step and cannot be easily reversed once activated.

A time-out is a temporary break — usually from 24 hours up to several weeks. Once it ends, the account becomes active again automatically. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a long-term or permanent solution and is more suitable for cases of problem gambling.

If you are spending beyond your budget, repeatedly playing to chase losses, being dishonest about your gaming, or unable to stop playing — these are signs of a problem. If you notice such signs, contact our live chat or seek professional help.

768abc offers deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, and gaming history review. In addition, 24/7 live chat support in Bengali is available at any time. We place the safety of every player as our highest priority.
